What We Delivered
The project was planned as a single continuous programme so that the client had one point of responsibility from the first excavation to final handover.
Structure, services and finishing were coordinated in a shared model of levels and routes, which kept ceiling heights, duct runs and lighting positions consistent with the architectural intent.
The villa is being delivered as a complete residence with external works, boundary treatment and garden included in the same scope.
