What We Delivered
Abdoun plots are tight and surrounded by occupied neighbours. Excavation and concrete deliveries had to be scheduled around a narrow street, and shoring was designed to protect the adjacent boundary walls.
TASCO ran structure, services first-fix and finishing trades as one continuous programme under a single site team, so the client dealt with one contractor from foundations to paint.
The villa was handed over complete — systems commissioned, interior finishes installed, and external paving, boundary works and landscape finished at the same time.
