What We Delivered
At this size a villa behaves like a small building: multiple levels, long spans over reception areas, a basement, and a services load closer to a commercial project than a house.
TASCO structured the work in phases so heavy trades finished level by level, keeping the delicate finishing work clear of ongoing structural and mechanical activity.
The house was handed over with all systems running, finishes complete and the surrounding garden, retaining walls and driveway delivered as part of the same contract.
