What We Delivered
A compact urban plot with limited setbacks meant the structure had to be built close to the boundary, with careful protection of neighbouring properties throughout.
TASCO sequenced the trades tightly so that a small site never held more crews than it could safely work, keeping the programme moving without congestion.
The villa was completed and handed over with finished interiors, working systems and a landscaped garden within the original boundary.
