What We Delivered
Multi-unit residential work is about repetition and control — identical apartment layouts stacked over several floors, each with its own services, meters and finishing schedule.
TASCO standardised formwork cycles and services routing so each floor repeated the one below, then ran finishing as a rolling handover from the lowest completed level upward.
The development was delivered with all units finished, common areas and stairs complete, and external works, parking and landscape ready for occupation.
