Zahran Plaza is a 17,100 m² commercial complex and one of the earliest large-scale structures TASCO delivered. The award covered the complete skeleton package: substructure, retaining works, frame and slabs across all levels.

What We Delivered
The programme called for a large, column-free retail floor plate above deep parking levels, which put long spans and heavy transfer elements at the centre of the structural design.
TASCO organised the work into zones so that excavation, rebar and pouring could run in parallel without crews interfering with each other. Concrete mixes and curing were controlled closely given the size of the pours and the summer schedule.
The complex was completed and remains in commercial use decades later — the reference project that established TASCO's reputation for large concrete frames in Amman.
