Vista 2 is an open-air retail and dining destination built around a curved central plaza. TASCO delivered the project end to end — skeleton, MEP, finishing and external works — across 11,000 m².
The architecture is defined by curves: sweeping slab edges, circular columns and a plaza that reads as one continuous surface. Nothing on the project is a straight repeat, so formwork was set out from survey points rather than standard panels.
TASCO ran structure, services and finishing as overlapping phases so tenant units could be handed over in batches. Stone cladding, glazing lines and paving joints were coordinated to meet cleanly on the curved geometry.
The centre opened as a fully finished destination with landscaped terraces, tenant shells ready for fit-out and external hardscape complete — a project where the quality of the curve is the quality of the build.
Vista 4 is the largest phase of the Vista development: 20,200 m² of retail, offices and parking behind a full-height glazed façade. TASCO delivered skeleton, MEP, finishing and external works.
The building steps down a sloping site, so the structure had to carry multiple basement levels on one side while opening to grade on the other. Retaining walls, transfer beams and the parking ramps were the critical path from day one.
Above ground, the design is a glass box supported on exposed circular concrete columns. Column finish quality mattered as much as strength — the columns are a visible architectural element, so formwork and pour discipline were treated as finishing work.
Services were routed and tested floor by floor ahead of the façade closing in, allowing tenants to start fit-out while external works were still being completed. The phase opened with retail trading at ground level and offices occupied above.
