Zahran Gate is an office building on one of Amman's busiest arteries, wrapped in a dark curtain wall between two stone-clad wings. TASCO delivered the full skeleton — foundations, basements, columns and slabs — for a 12,500 m² commercial address designed to be leased floor by floor.
The plot sits on a corner where two main roads meet, with live traffic on both sides and a steep grade across the site. Excavation and shoring had to be sequenced so the road edge stayed stable while the basement levels were cut, and every concrete pour was scheduled around traffic hours.
TASCO built the structure as a repeating floor cycle: formwork, steel, pour, strike, move up. Column geometry was tight because the curved glass façade above had to land on an exact line, so surveying was repeated at every level before steel was fixed.
The frame was handed over plumb, on line and ready for the façade contractor without remedial work. Zahran Gate has since operated as a leased office building, and its skeleton remains one of TASCO's clearest examples of structural work delivered inside a live urban corner.
