A 4,000 m² commercial building delivered as a complete package — skeleton, MEP, finishing and external works — with a monolithic brushed-concrete envelope and narrow horizontal window bands.
The architecture depends entirely on the quality of its concrete surface: large flat planes, sharp corners and clean panel joints, with nothing applied on top to hide imperfections.
TASCO treated the structure as an exposed finish from the start — formwork panel layout, tie positions, pour sequence and curing were all planned to control colour and texture. Services, louvres and door frames were cast in rather than cut in afterwards.
The building was handed over with external yards, drainage and access ramps complete, and an envelope that needed no cladding to look finished.
