What We Delivered
Cafés are service-heavy: extraction, water, drainage, gas and power all converge on a small back-of-house area, and every route has to disappear behind the finish line.
TASCO built the shell finishes and the service routes together, coordinating the ceiling grid so the cluster of woven pendants could hang at varied heights without clashing with sprinklers, track lighting or diffusers.
The café was handed over operational — bar, seating, joinery and lighting complete — and opened as one of the anchor tenants of the Vista 4 plaza.
