Metwali Complex is a 6,000 m² mixed-use building in Amman. TASCO delivered the skeleton package — foundations, frame and slabs — on a stepped hillside plot.
The site drops sharply across its width, so the building is split into stepped blocks with different foundation levels tied together by shared cores and retaining walls.
TASCO worked from a single tower crane serving the whole footprint, sequencing formwork and pours block by block so the crane never blocked its own next lift. Scaffolding and edge protection were maintained across the full elevation throughout.
The frame was completed across all levels, including the terraced upper floors, and handed over ready for blockwork and façade — the structure now visible in the finished building's stepped profile.
